ABOUT 4UK

  4UK has always been passionate about sound. Growing up in Perth, Western Australia, he developed a keen ear for production techniques and sound design. This was influenced by his parents' diverse musical tastes and from a young age, he began deconstructing the sound in records he enjoyed. This skill has kept him at the forefront of musical trends to this day.  

He began DJing at local events at the age of 12 and soon progressed to performing at underground warehouse raves and Bush doofs. He developed a skill for ensuring that music is selected to suit the mood of a given event, as he honed his skill in his early teens, he joined a breakdancing group as both a dancer and DJ, where he developed his scratching and beat juggling abilities. In 2005, he established the professional brand 4UK and began performing at nightclubs across Perth and Australia.  

 Over the years, he has had residencies and performed at venues such as Revolver · Trak Lounge · Sixonesix · Brown Ally · Royal Melbourne Hotel · Marrakech · Woolly Mammoth · Metro City · Rechabite · Sewing Room · Universal Bar · Ambar · Bar Open.  4UK has performed at festivals such as Electric Gardens, St. Kilda Festivals and Earthdance. He has also supported notable acts such as Pendulum, DJ Lord, Marlo, and Eats Everything.

  4UK's goal is to bring joy to his audiences through his energy and cross-genre mixing. He believes that "When I play, I just want to give back the enjoyment that I have had when I see an amazing DJ play, I know how life-changing it can be." He is both a DJ and a producer, always looking to push the boundaries of his craft.
